1. Overview
Zavilo provides online file utilities at zavilo.app. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you visit or use the service.
2. File storage
Files used with Zavilo file tools are not stored on Zavilo servers.
2.1 Browser-side file processing
Many Zavilo tools are designed to process supported files directly in the browser. When a tool page states that processing is local or browser-side, the source file is handled on the user's device for that operation rather than being submitted to Zavilo as a server-side conversion job.
Browser-side processing can use downloaded JavaScript, WebAssembly or browser media APIs. Tool behavior can vary by feature and browser, so individual tool pages describe relevant limitations.
2.2 Files you intentionally send to us
The file-tool workflow is separate from files or attachments that you intentionally send through email or another support channel. If you send a file to Zavilo for support, that file is treated as support correspondence and may be retained as reasonably necessary to investigate and respond to the request.
3. Technical and usage information
Like most websites, hosting, security, analytics or advertising systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested URL, referring page, date and time, approximate region and diagnostic information.
This information may be used to operate the website, prevent abuse, understand site performance and improve the service.
4. Cookies and site storage
Zavilo may use cookies or site storage for functional purposes, such as remembering the language a user selected. Analytics and advertising services may also use cookies or similar technologies where permitted.

5. Advertising and Google services
Zavilo may use Google AdSense or other advertising services to support the free service. When advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize ads where permitted by applicable law and user consent choices.
Advertising providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. Zavilo does not control the internal processing performed by those independent third-party services.
Advertising is separate from the processing result produced by a Zavilo tool. Advertising and measurement systems may receive ordinary website or ad-related technical information, but this does not mean a file selected for a browser-side tool is submitted to an advertiser for processing.
6. Analytics
Zavilo may use analytics services to understand aggregate traffic, popular tools, compatibility and technical errors. If such services use cookies or similar identifiers, required consent controls will be provided where applicable.
Analytics is used to understand the site at a service level, such as traffic patterns, popular pages, browser compatibility and errors. It is not intended to inspect the contents of files that a browser-side tool processes locally.
7. Contact by email
If you contact Zavilo by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message content and any attachments you send. That information is used to respond to your request and maintain necessary correspondence.
8. Information retention
Information such as support correspondence or technical logs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, compliance and operation of the service.
9. Third-party links
Zavilo may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information processed by Zavilo, including rights to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You may also control many cookies through site or device settings and any consent interface provided on the site.
