1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using zavilo.app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Zavilo provides online utilities for tasks such as image conversion, resizing, compression, cropping, rotation and PDF creation. Features, limits and supported formats may change over time.
2.1 Tool descriptions and limitations
Individual tool pages may describe supported formats, processing methods, common use cases and known limitations. Those descriptions are intended to help users choose an appropriate workflow, but they do not guarantee that every source file, browser or edge case will produce the same result.
3. Your files and content
You retain your rights to files and content you use with Zavilo. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to process the files you select and that your use does not violate another person's copyright, privacy or other rights.
You should not rely on Zavilo as the sole copy or storage location for important content. Keep your original files and verify any exported result before deleting or replacing the source.
4. Browser-side processing
Current v1 tools are designed to process supported files locally in the browser. Future tools may use server-side processing. When an upload is required, the relevant tool page will describe that behavior.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Zavilo to interfere with the service, bypass security or usage controls, distribute malicious code, perform unlawful activity, infringe intellectual property rights or use automated systems in a way that unreasonably burdens the service.
6. Availability and changes
Zavilo may add, modify, limit or discontinue tools or features. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting incidents, browser limitations or other technical issues.
7. No guarantee of file output
File conversion and editing results depend on source files, browsers, codecs and third-party libraries. You should verify important output before relying on it and keep a backup of the original file.
7.1 High-impact or professional use
Zavilo tools are general-purpose utilities. OCR text, enhanced images, converted documents, signatures, hashes, timestamps and other outputs should be independently reviewed before use in legal, financial, medical, security-sensitive, compliance or other high-impact contexts.
8. Advertising and third-party services
Zavilo may display advertising or use third-party hosting, analytics and infrastructure services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Advertising is separate from tool output. An advertisement should not be interpreted as part of a file-processing result, download control, recommendation or technical instruction generated by a Zavilo tool.
9. Disclaimer
Zavilo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every file will process successfully, that every browser will support every format, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zavilo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Privacy
Use of Zavilo is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on this website.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
